In order to ensure that all patrons can have an enjoyable movie viewing experience, Gateway Cineplex will not tolerate loud and unruly behavior, such as shouting, swearing, throwing objects such as candies and popcorn, bullying or threatening other patrons including children crying hysterically. Any patron observed not following this rule may be asked to leave the cinema.

If group behavior is such that it is disturbing to other patrons, an entire group may be asked to leave the theatre. This will apply to any patron with the group, as it is often impossible to identify one party in the group who is, or who is not, causing the problem.

In addition to ejection, any illegal conduct such as assault on another patron or causing physical damage to cinema property and lewd / sexual acts committed within the premises will be reported to the Araneta Center Security Department or will be brought to Police Station 7.
